Broadcast commercial and online explainer videos
Ellevio is one of Sweden’s largest energy companies. In liaison with PR firm Reform Society, Flatpack Creative was enlisted to:
We produced three videos for Ellevio’s campaign; one for broadcast and two for use across their digital channels. Alongside filming on location with actors, we developed an animation style that slotted in seamlessly with their existing visuals.
To explain upcoming changes in power grid fees to thousands of existing clients, we created custom graphics coupled with live action footage to provide a streamlined and entertaining viewer experience.
This online explainer video was used in a national information campaign directed to those affected by the upcoming changes.
Alongside the eye-catching animated infographics, there are a few invisible visual effects present through these videos. All shots featuring the Elvira – the electronic assistant – are in fact VFX jobs, with the orange light added after shooting and timed perfectly with the voiceover. The ’empty battery’ icon on the iPhone screen was also added in digitally.
